Warranty

Every Velluto espresso machine, grinder, electric kettle and scale comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery.

What is covered

• Faults in materials and manufacturing, including pumps, boilers, heating elements, motors and electronics.
• Repair or replacement, including shipping both ways.

What is not covered

• Damage from limescale. Use filtered or softened water and descale every 2 to 3 months.
• Wear parts: group gaskets, shower screens and burrs (burrs are covered for 1 year).
• Accidental damage, or use with the wrong voltage.
• Commercial use in cafés or offices.

How to make a claim

Tell the coffee assistant or email hello@velluto.example with your order number, a short description, and a video if possible. Most issues can be solved remotely. If not, we send a prepaid box and repair or replace the item within 10 business days.

Non-electric items

Drippers, presses, moka pots, kettles without electronics and accessories have a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Glass breakage is not covered.
