About Velluto

Velluto Coffee Co. began in 2019 as a two-person roastery in Portland, Oregon. We roasted for cafés, and our customers kept asking the same question: what should I buy to make this at home?

So we started testing equipment. Everything we sell has been used on our own bench for at least a month. If we would not put it in our own kitchen, we do not stock it.

How we roast

We roast in small batches every Monday and ship by Thursday, so your beans arrive between 4 and 10 days after roasting, which is when most coffees taste their best.

Where we ship

We ship from Portland to the United States and from our partner warehouse in Rotterdam to the European Union and the United Kingdom.
