Description
Fill the base with hot water to just below the valve, add finely ground coffee to the basket without tamping, and brew on medium heat with the lid open. Take it off the heat as soon as it starts to sputter.
Good to know
- Not induction compatible. For induction hobs, choose the Velluto Moka Induction.
- Hand wash only, no soap. The coffee oils season the pot over time.
- “Cup” means a 50 ml espresso cup.
