Our house espresso. Chocolate, hazelnut and a little brown sugar. Great on its own and with milk.
A blend of a natural Brazil from Mogiana and a washed Colombia from Huila, roasted medium-dark for sweetness and body.
Espresso: 18 g in, 36 to 40 g out in 26 to 30 seconds at 93 °C. Also works well in a moka pot and French press.
