A washed heirloom coffee from smallholders around Yirgacheffe, roasted light to keep its delicate aromatics.
Pour-over: 15 g to 250 g of water at 94 °C, total time about 3 minutes. As espresso it is bright and fruity; try a longer ratio such as 1:2.5.
